Billy Bishop is a native of Orlando; his family has lived and conducted business in the Central Florida market since the early 1900’s. He has had the opportunity to work with several prestigious real estate, construction and property management firms in the Greater Orlando area. As President of Performance Property Management, Billy oversees all commercial development, property management and brokerage services. His experience includes commercial real estate sales, leases and acquisitions. In addition, he has worked on various retail, office and industrial developments, ranging from small industrial sites to large retail strip centers. His extensive background has allowed him to work on many high profile projects. |

Linda Wolters
Senior Property Manager
Linda Wolters has over 28 years of experience in property management in Central Florida. She has worked for prestigious firms such as CB Richard Ellis, Carter USA as well as Jaymont Properties. Her experience has been primarily in commercial office buildings, however, she has also managed warehouse & distribution complexes, regional shopping centers and office/service/showroom properties. Linda has an extensive background working on third party management. Her success in the property management field is a result of her commitment to serve her clients’ needs by maintaining strong relationships with tenants. Frequent site visits and constant communication is imperative to the success of both tenants and owners. Currently enrolled in the RPA program, Wolters holds a current Florida Real Estate Salesman’s license and is an active member of Boma Orlando. |

Evelyn Guzman
Accounting
Evelyn Guzman has over 18 years of experience with accounting, financials, auditing and management in the property management and real estate industries. She is skilled in Job Costing, Budgetary Skills, Lien Laws and Construction Administration. At Performance Property Management, Evelyn is responsible for all accounting functions through the financial statements for the management of 22 commercial properties. This includes all billing/invoicing, A/P, A/R, sale & use tax filing, payroll, inter-company entries, bank reconciliations, the set up of new management properties and managing all bank accounts. |

Sarah Finch
Executive Assistant
Sarah Finch has over 9 years of executive administrative experience in the real estate industry, and another two years in the mortgage industry. Sarah works closely with Performance Property Management’s (PPM) owner Billy Bishop on all the management projects and focuses on maintaining the close client relationships PPM has developed. |

Caroline Miller
Director of Marketing
Caroline Miller oversees all marketing, advertising and public relations for Performance Property Management and its affiliated companies. She develops and maintains the website, marketing brochures, presentation materials and market reports. Caroline is responsible for event planning and advertising for Performance Property Management, Bishop Realty and Development and Performance Construction Group. |

Emily Weidner
Property Management Assistant
Emily Weidner has over 6 years of experience in commercial, mixed-use and multi-family project management and development. Her experience has been primarily with facility design and construction however, she also has knowledge in managing residential and commercial property throughout Downtown Orlando and New York City. Emily has an interest and expertise in green building and management and earned her designation as a LEED-AP through the United States Green Building Council in 2008. She holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license, and is an active member of a variety of civic and professional organizations. Currently, she is most active with BOMA Orlando, the Urban Land Institute and the City of Orlando’s Historic Preservation Board. |

Maintenance Staff
Performance Property Management has a 24 hour maintenance staff available to all properties. The staff performs lot maintenance, meets vendors and carries out site drive thru's on a regular basis. Additionally, they complete minor masonry, electrical, plumbing, painting and miscellaneous building repairs. Performance staff can complete a clean up at the termination of a lease and a final walk through before the commencement of the new lease term. Our staff is a convenient and timely choice to perform small to medium on-site jobs. |
