William D. Bishop, III
Owner/President

Billy Bishop is a native of Orlando; his family has lived and conducted business in the Central Florida market since the early 1900’s. He has had the opportunity to work with several prestigious real estate, construction and property management firms in the Greater Orlando area. As President of Performance Property Management, Billy oversees all commercial development, property management and brokerage services. His experience includes commercial real estate sales, leases and acquisitions. In addition, he has worked on various retail, office and industrial developments, ranging from small industrial sites to large retail strip centers. His extensive background has allowed him to work on many high profile projects.

Linda Wolters
Senior Property Manager

Linda Wolters has over 27 years of experience in property management in Central Florida.  She has worked for prestigious firms such as CB Richard Ellis, Carter USA as well as Jaymont Properties.  Her experience has been primarily in commercial office buildings, however, she has also managed warehouse & distribution complexes, regional shopping centers and office/service/showroom properties.  Linda has an extensive background working on third party management.  Her success in the property management field is a result of her commitment to serve her clients’ needs by maintaining strong relationships with tenants.  Frequent site visits and constant communication is imperative to the success of both tenants and owners. Currently enrolled in the RPA program, Wolters holds a current Florida Real Estate Salesman’s license and is an active member of Boma Orlando.

Karen Gatlin

Accountant

Karen has been in Orlando since 1962 when her father was transferred to the Orlando Air Force Base.  She and her husband Wade own a home in Winter Springs.  Karen is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in accounting.  Her 35+ years of experience in accounting include a range from working at a plant nursery to a large corporate firm.  She is active in her neighborhood church and has high ethics in all aspects of her life.  Karen enjoys spending time reading, working in the yard, visiting with her two grown sons, Frank and Allen, and spoiling her new granddaughter, Ada, who was born in December 2006. 

Heather Pesch

Administrative Assistant

Heather Pesch was raised in the Central Florida area and joined Performance Property Management ’s team in January 2008 as our Administrative Assistant. Heather is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration. With her positive attitude and motivation for success she is a valuable asset to our team.

 

Maintenance Staff

Performance Property Management has a 24 hour maintenance staff available to all properties. The staff performs lot maintenance, meets vendors and carries out site drive thru's on a regular basis. Additionally, they complete minor masonry, electrical, plumbing, painting and miscellaneous building repairs. Performance staff can complete a clean up at the termination of a lease and a final walk through before the commencement of the new lease term. Our staff is a convenient and timely choice to perform small to medium on-site jobs.
